CoinCircle is growing at a rapid pace and is looking for a customer support representative in order to ensure customers are satisfied with our platform. An ideal candidate will have experience within the technical customer support field and be able to handle situations in a timely manner. The candidate should be able to answer questions and create a frictionless experience between the customers and our platform. It is imperative that the candidate can learn the industry quickly to best assist our clients. Multiple languages is a plus. Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies is a plus.

CoinCircle provides solutions for every part of the blockchain ecosystem – from enterprise tokenization, to a wallet and trading platform, to presale opportunities and enterprise APIs for companies to easily interface with the blockchain. CoinCircle was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in beautiful Santa Monica, California.


  • Understand the intent and needs of our customers, of our products and core features as well as our intent and mission and vision and being able to effectively understand these things in order to proactively create the best product ever — a product people fall in love with.
  • Engage and understand customers concerns and proactively mitigate issues
  • Retain customer feedback and relay it  to necessary departments
  • Guide customers through our platform and help with any issues they have along the way
  • Maintain active engagement on all social media channels including Telegram and Facebook and encourage engagement throughout platforms
  • Answer customers questions and/or direct questions to the relevant departments
  • Ensure  customer satisfaction and ease in understanding and navigating our site


  • 1-3 years experience in online customer service interactions, preference to those with experience in fintech startups
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to organize and prioritize customer feedback
  • Genuine interest in blockchain and the work we are doing in the decentralized space
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask among various channels
  • Fluency in Japanese or Korean a strong plus
